junior Cycle programme

Student's at St. Michael's College will study the Junior Certificate Programme.  In First Year student's will study all subjects available to them at Junior Cert, this will allow them to make an informed decision about their subject choices in year two.  These classes will be of mixed ability.  In second and third year students are streamed for Irish, English and Mathematics, while other subjects will be classes of mixed ability.

second year subjects

All students study:

Computer Studies

​Students then choose from the following subjects:
Science, Business Studies, French/German, Woodwork, Metalwork and Technical Graphics

third year subjects

Third year students continue their studies in the subjects selected in second year.
